It’s so easy to be loyal! I tell anyone who will listen how wonderful the Old Fool books are. Two Old Fools Down Under is as excellent as the rest, I couldn’t wait for it to be released. HAPPY CHRISTMAS to you, Joe and the rest of the family please stay safe with those awful fires. A special shout out to Joe (I have COPD too) to hang in there and stay healthy.

Thank you, Betsy, and I’m soooo sorry you have COPD, too. I know how dreadful it is. 🙁

I loved, Chickens, Mules, and Two Old Fools. Looks like I have a lot of catch-up reading to do.

Dear victoria , I have just finished reading your latest book and it brought back so many memories of me and my husband’s trials and tribulations, we emigrated from England to Adelaide six years ago (he is now 75 and I’m 66 ) we are still only temporary residents . We love the life here with our daughter and our six grandchildren lots of babysitting. I have read all your old fool books and thoroughly enjoyed them, but this last one could have been about us. I wish you and your husband all the best for you future here , and look forward to the next instalment.

This was on our Christmas list, too. But now I’m concerned about you and your family with all the news stories about fires. We surely hope that you and yours are safe. Thanks for your stories.

As I read ” Down Under” my heart and prayers go out to you and all of Australia as the devastating fires continue.Your writing engaged me to be right there as you met all the challenges you and Joe faced. And I would love to get a greeting from Lola. Can’t wait for your next adventure.

Hello Donna, Thank you so much for your concern. The bushfire disaster continues and is so shocking. We are safe at the moment but we’ve seen the devastation and ruined houses and land at firsthand and were left speechless. Thank you for your kind words and Lola would give you a greeting but she’s far too busy chasing a fly.
      Victoria 🙂

Hi Vicky, have absolutely loved your books which I stumbled upon in Amazon! So chatty and light, really enjoyable reads and I was so sad to reach the end of Down Under. As long as I still had others to read I was safe but sadly I’ve reached the end (for now). Eagerly awaiting your next set of adventures.

I have kept wondering how Joe is keeping, and how you have all been during this 2020 pandemic?

Hello Caroline, thanks for the kind words. Joe is coping well, thank you. Hoping you are, too. Such a strange world we are living in just now.
