I stayed up really late last night to finish reading it, Victoria, you do not disappoint! I walk the village with you, visit Carmen and Paco and was so sad when xxSPOILER ALERTxx. El Señor xxSPOILER ALERTxx is a surprising twist and I love it. I know you say you will never write another, but please do after a long rest! I laughed and sighed and enjoyed every page I turned. Thank you for the glimpse of life in a village in Spain, Blessing, Rosalie

Thank you, Rosalie. I always say I’ll never write another! I did that after Chickens, then again with Ole, and Camel. So there’s a very distinct possibility that another will come along someday… 🙂

I am an American who has spent the last year and a half in France. I discovered your books a few months ago and have loved reading them! I am hoping you will heal from book writer’s burn out and continue your series… I have truly enjoyed reading your books!

Thank you, Beth! Yes, I recovered from ‘Writers’ Burnout’ very quickly and have almost finished the Old Fool’s prequel, and also have Two Old Fools Down Under planned, so you haven’t heard the last from me yet… 🙂
