    Great blog post – a nice mix of triumph and disaster LOL

    That is exactly how I make potato soup 🙂 I boil an onion and some cauliflower with it for flavouring and add some garlic at the end and then serve with grated parmesan cheese. I like schnitzels made with pork. They are better if you hammer them flat and you get a MASSIVE schnitzel out of one boneless chop which I then cut up and share between two.

      Sounds nice, and I particularly enjoy whacking the living daylights out of the meat with a blunt instrument. Very satisfying. 🙂

    Oh that is just too funny! Poor Joe! Am glad the escalopes / schnitzels / breaded chicken worked well! We love them… and they’re so easy to make!
